비알코리아, 프랜차이즈 최초 소비자중심경영 (CCM) 인증 획득을 했다. SPC그룹 계열사로 배스킨라빈스와 던킨도너츠를 운영하는 비알코리아는 국내 프랜차이즈 최초로 한국소비자원에서 평가하고 공정거래위원회에서 인증하는 ‘소비자중심경영’(CCM: Consumer Centered Management) 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

‘소비자중심경영(CCM)’[1]이란 기업의 모든 활동을 소비자 중심으로 구성하고 관련 경영 활동을 지속적으로 개선하는 기업에 대해 공정거래위원회가 인증하는 국가 인증제도다. 소비자는 CCM 인증 기업의 제품 서비스를 안심하고 선택할 수 있고, 기업은 소비자피해발생의 감소 및 피해발생시 명확한 업무처리를 통해 소비자의 만족도를 높일 수 있다.

비알코리아는 이번 인증을 통해 고객중심의 윤리경영철학을 기반으로 한 소비자 중심 서비스를 제공하고 있음을 입증했다. 특히, 매일 고객의 소리 (VOC: Voice of Customer)를 통해 소비자들의 상담현황을 확인하고, ‘점포사전검수제도’, ‘점포자율처리제’ 운영으로 소비자 불만 사전 예방 및 사후 관리 프로그램을 체계적으로 운영한 것이 긍정적인 평가를 받았다. 이와 함께 최고 경영자가 윤리경영조직을 구성하는 등 소비자 중심 윤리 경영에 대한 높은 의지를 보인 것 또한 CCM 인증 획득에 있어 중요한 역할을 했다.
